About Peshwa Bajirao I.
Baji Rao, I was the great ruler of the Maratha empire. Born as Visaji, Baji Rao I was largely known as Bajirao Ballal. He was born on 18 August 1700 and served as seventh Peshwa (Prime minister) for the Maratha kingdom. Ruler Who Remained Undefeated
He had his fam spread across the country ranging from Southern India (for the establishment of Maratha supremacy) to northern India (for the establishment of political dominion). As per the historical studies, Bajirao I is known to have defeated many Mughals during the twenty years of his Peshwa career.
His main victory was over the Mughal vassals called Nizam-ul-Mulk infamous battles. Some of his main battles were those of Battle of Bhopal and Battle of Palkhed.

Initial days of Peshwa’s life.
Born to a Marathi Hindu family in Sinnar, bajirao I was the son of Balaji Vishwanath who was a Peshwa of Chhatrapati Shahu I. The name of Rao’s mother was Radhabai Barve and was the second subling to his parents among a younger brother and two elder sisters. Ruler Who Remained Undefeated
Most of Bajirao’s childhood period was spent in Saswad, at his father’s fiefdom. Further, he started learning the art of fighting, using axes and other war equipment on getting inspired by some tales of superheroes like Shivaji, Santaji Gorpade, etc. From a very young age of eleven years, he became an envoy and a soldier under his father.

After the death of his father, on April 17, 1720, Baji Rao I was appointed as the new Peshwa of the Maratha empire. Once he held the position of Peshwa, got through many challenges and difficulties, which were bravely overcome by him. Subsequently, he become a professional combatant and created a history of being called “the only ruler who remained undefeated in his complete career”.
