How to do it.

  • Firstly, stand straight keeping your feet together.

  • Stand straight, keeping your feet together and distributing your weight evenly between both feet.

  • Face your palms downwards to the ground. 
  • Start elevating your arms and legs to make a boat-like shape while inhaling.
  • Remain in this pose for 15-30 seconds before exhaling slowly and going back to normal position.

3) Kapalbhati Pranayam or Breathing Exercise.

  • Repeat this a minimum of 15 times.

4) Shalabhasana or Locust Pose.

  • Lie down on your back straight.
  • Keep both hands, palms fronting up, on both sides of your body.
  • Close your eyes and continue to be completely stationary. 
  • Deeply breathe via your nose as much as possible.
  • Hold this pose for a minimum of 15 minutes.
