5) Pencil Push-Ups

How to do:
- To start, hold a pencil at arm’s length while wearing your best near vision correction.
- Now, keep focusing on the tip of the eraser. (If there is a letter on the eraser, get it in focus, so it’s readable).
- Now gently move the pencil towards your nose, putting the eraser or letter single and concentrated.
