Causes of Personality Disordered.

Types of Personality Disordered.

Cluster I: Suspicious.

1) Schizotypal PD.

Individuals with this PD think that they can influence other people or actions with their thoughts. 

2) Paranoid PD.

Individuals suffering from this PD feel suspicious of others and doubtful of their intentions.

3) Schizoid PD.

Such individuals show little interest in developing personal relationships while interacting socially.

Cluster II: Emotional and impulsive.

1) Narcissistic PD.

  • individuals with narcissistic PD generally consider themselves more important than others
  • They often exaggerate their accomplishments and may show off their allure or success.

2) Borderline PD.

Individuals with borderline PD, irrespective of family support often feel empty and abandoned.

3) Antisocial PD.

Such people treat others without expressing regret for their actions.

4) Histrionic PD.

  • Such people often try to gain more attention by being intense or provoking. 
  • They are easily influenced by other people.
