Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps.  When an event happens in one app, Zapier can tell another app to perform  a particular action.

Suppose you connect Facebook and Gmail account and give command to Zapier that If any body send me friend request then a automated email will be send to my Gmail account. Like this you can connect your all the platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pintrest, Quora etc.

Step 1. Click on zapier.com

Step 2. click on sign up button to create a new account.

Step 3.  You can also Sign up by using Google, Facebook, Microsoft Account.

Step 4. Now click on My Apps.

Step 5. Search the app you wants to connect.

Step 6. Now assign a task by connecting different apps. By making  different zaps.

You can connect 2 apps together in free plan if you want to add more then 2 apps you have to buy premium pack of zapier.
